Microsoft
Agentic AI readiness, teaming & trust
Led analysis for selected studies within an enterprise research programme; co-author of the full four-chapter public report.
Question
What evidence helps organisations understand readiness for and adoption of agentic ways of working?
My contribution
Led selected study analyses within the research programme, producing in-depth reports using factor analysis, regression, comparative and descriptive methods.
Delivered output
An analytical report series and co-authorship of the full 2025 Agentic Teaming & Trust Research Report.
The public study surveyed 1,800 full-time employees across nine markets. Among agent users, leadership role-modelling was associated with higher reported value from agents (p. 15). This highlights leadership practices alongside tool access, but does not establish causality.
Linked employee feedback and behavioural data to inform customer recommendations on engagement and attrition risk.
Question
Which engagement signals are associated with disengagement and attrition risk?
My contribution
Built linked-data analyses combining employee surveys and behavioural information; interpreted relative-risk and key-driver findings with customer-facing teams.
Delivered output
Engagement-priority and retention-risk recommendations for senior customer stakeholders, informed by linked survey and behavioural data.
Examined how survey items grouped and their internal consistency before analysing readiness associations through regression, correlation and relative weight analysis.
Interpretation
Structure and reliability tests address aspects of measurement quality, not all forms of validity. Associated-factor analyses do not establish causal effects.
From the first findings report to a sustained enterprise AI survey-reporting cycle.
Question
What do early users tell us about adopting an enterprise AI assistant?
My contribution
Co-produced the first findings report as one of two analysts, monitoring responses, comparing respondent populations and reviewing data quality; then maintained recurring analysis with research partners.
Delivered output
Initial findings and recurring reports, including quarterly reporting. Survey insights featured in public workplace research and conference presentations.
Recurring reporting is not automatically a longitudinal panel, and early-user survey responses do not on their own establish causal productivity gains.
Led Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey analysis to understand customer experience following a product migration.
Question
How did customers experience the migration, and which themes should product teams prioritise?
My contribution
Led post-migration NPS survey analysis, comparing responses across roles and service models and examining group scores, satisfaction-driver patterns and correlations.
Delivered output
Prioritised customer-experience recommendations for the product teams responsible for the migrated experience.
Regional delivery of a standardised exit-survey programme.
Question
How can regional teams collect and report employees' reasons for leaving consistently?
My contribution
Delivered the EMEA component of the Global Exit Survey programme, supporting a standardised approach to collecting and analysing employee-exit feedback.
Delivered output
Standardised regional exit feedback for workforce reporting and discussions of employees' reported leaving reasons.
Delivered customer analytics requests with customer-facing consultants, from question scoping through analysis and explanation.
Assessed cross-product analysis feasibility and build-versus-leverage options for licence and usage data, clarifying requirements, availability and limitations.
Prototyped a combined employee satisfaction, burnout and favourability view; reviewed a 360-feedback Power BI dashboard for quality and accessibility.
Content systems & analytical craft
Designed and refreshed people-success content taxonomies, consolidated overlapping metrics and documented the structure for engineering handover.
Adapted Python notebooks and automated link checks to audit content, investigate data-quality defects and coordinate fixes with engineering.
Synthesised content usage and performance evidence into recommendations for people science and product stakeholders; coordinated content upload, testing and release.
Sharing knowledge & working with others
Contributed to an organisation-wide AI skilling working group and provided data support to a cross-team hackathon project.
Authored practical inclusion guidance and delivered internal talks on setting inclusion priorities.
Served as a team inclusion representative and co-organised a team belonging event.

↗
Make the answer useful.
Explain the findings, their limitations and the practical options—not just the statistical result.
↻
